SHIPPING & RETURNS

• All handmade orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. All ready to ship products are processed within 1 to 3 business. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Jamaica, NY 11434. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

​

• Our pickup hours vary but will be updated on a weekly basis. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

• Shipping charges for your order is now currently by the weight of the product and is displayed at checkout. 

​

• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

• If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wigsbyressie@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

• All items are inspected and verified 3x to ensure the best quality. Once items are shipped Wigs by Ressie is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

• Please verify your information before submitting all orders. we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. In the event, that you have submitted an order with an incorrect address please contact us immediately at wigsbyressie@gmail.com or 3474265913 with your name and order number and the correct address.
